Meet Jason
Jason has held every position in restaurants from dishwasher to owner, from server to executive chef. His no-nonsense approach at restaurant problems provides a quick solution with time to see the effects. His culinary style has been covered by The Boston Globe, NY Times, and The Montreal Gazette. His experience through trial and error are your ticket to fix your restaurant quickly.
Jason resides in Vermont with his wife and their dog Banana.
